These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, tools, and services. They apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access or use the site and engage with our services. By accessing our website or entering into an agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or engage our services.

2. Eligibility & Acceptance

You represent and warrant that:

3. Our Services

SRH Web Agency offers a range of services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • UI/UX Design
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Graphic Design and Branding
  • Digital Advertising Campaigns

Each service may be subject to specific project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and payment structures, as detailed in client proposals, quotes, or contracts.

4. Project Engagement Process

To begin any project, the client must:

  • Agree to a written proposal or contract.
  • Pay a non-refundable deposit (usually 30–50% depending on scope).
  • Provide all required materials, content, and feedback in a timely manner.

Delays in communication or incomplete content may extend project timelines. Once the project begins, the scope will be adhered to strictly. Requests beyond the original scope will be quoted and billed separately.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide timely feedback, approvals, and required materials.
  • Ensure that all materials (logos, images, text, etc.) provided to SRH Web Agency do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or intellectual property.
  • Meet payment deadlines as agreed.

SRH Web Agency is not responsible for delays or failure in project delivery caused by incomplete information or lack of client communication.

6. Payments, Fees & Refunds

Clients agree to:

  • All invoices are payable in the currency specified and within the agreed terms (usually 7–14 days).
  • Work may be paused or terminated for late payments.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be considered only if the agency fails to deliver the agreed-upon scope without just cause.
  • Late payment may incur additional charges or interest fees.

SRH Web Agency reserves the right to withhold the delivery of files, final assets, or access credentials until full payment is received.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
  • All intellectual property created by SRH Web Agency (code, designs, content, etc.) remains the property of SRH Web Agency until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, the client is granted full rights to the final deliverables unless otherwise agreed.
  • SRH Web Agency retains the right to showcase projects in our portfolio, social media, or case studies unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

Third-party components (e.g., plugins, fonts, images) are subject to their own licenses and are the responsibility of the client to review.

8. Revisions & Support
  • Most design and development packages include 1–3 rounds of revisions depending on scope.
  • Additional revisions or change requests may be billed at our hourly rate or a fixed price.
  • After final delivery, minor post-launch support is available for a limited period (e.g., 14–30 days). Ongoing maintenance or updates require a support agreement or retainer.
9. Payments, Fees & Refunds

SRH Web Agency does not guarantee:

  • Specific rankings on search engines.
  • Sales or business performance outcomes.
  • That the website will be 100% error-free or secure at all times.

We strive to use best practices, but all services are provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
